Mr. Hauptmann’s Class Newsletter
December 17, 2012- Unit 2 Week 5
This week we will be focusing on
building our Gingerbread monuments with students from Mrs. Belfiore’s and Mrs. Fauth’s
classes. If you would like to volunteer this week to help with the construction
process, please send in a note and let me know which day you can help out. We
will be building each day from 2:15-3:15pm. We will also be finishing up
Unit 4 in math this week, and taking the Unit 4 math test on Wednesday or
Thursday. Please double check that all of the Math Boxes for Unit 4 are
completed by Wednesday. Let’s have a great week!
I
want to take this time to thank those of you who have volunteered in our
classroom and school this year. I also appreciate all the support each of you
has given your child, because of you we have had a successful start to the
school year. Parents and guardians are a child’s first and most important
teacher, and you are a crucial part of our school community. I am thankful for
the opportunity to work with your children each day, and am proud of their
progress so far. I hope that you are enjoying this holiday season and are able
to relax and spend time with your families over vacation.
