Mr. Hauptmann’s Class Newsletter
December 10, 2012- Unit 2 Week 5
This
week we are reading “So You Want to Be President” by Judith St. George. To go along with this story we will be
studying Washington DC in Social Studies this week. Students will begin planning their Gingerbread monuments with students
from Mrs. Belfiore’s and Mrs. Fauth’s classes. If you would like to volunteer
next week to help with the construction process, please send in a note and let
me know which day you can help out. See the back of this newsletter for more
information on this project. Please
practice your spelling words at home as well.
The words in italics are our challenge spelling words. Let’s have a great week!
