Mr. Hauptmann’s Class Newsletter
June 1, 2015
I can’t believe
it is June already! Today we visited Morse Pond School, students received a
tour of the school, met some teachers, and had many of their questions
answered. There is another opportunity to visit Morse Pond tomorrow night,
please see the attached letter about this. This week we are reading “Antarctic
Journal” by Jennifer Owings Dewey. We
will focus on some vocabulary words in this story. It would be helpful if you will reinforce the
meaning of these words at home with your child.
Also, on this newsletter you will find our spelling words for the week
(and the last spelling list of the year).
Please practice these words at home as well. Let’s have a great week!
